The use of drugs, alcohol, smoking, and any tobacco products (including paan masala) is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Occupants must record their departure and return times, along with the purpose of their outing, in the register provided by the management.

A passport-sized photo and a copy of ID proof must be submitted to the management upon joining.

The use of electrical appliances such as irons, water heaters, stoves, and coolers is not allowed. Computers and laptops may be used with prior permission from the management for normal usage.

Lights must be switched off by 10:00 PM.

Occupants must inform the management if they will be returning to the hostel after 9:00 PM due to official or important work.

Visitors, other than parents or guardians, are not allowed into the hostel.

Occupants are responsible for their valuables, including cash and cell phones. The management is not liable for any loss or damage.

Guests from outside who wish to stay in the hostel will be charged Rs. 700/- per day.

Occupants must adhere to the terms and conditions set by the management.

A one-month notice is required before vacating the hostel.

The management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any occupant who does not follow the terms and conditions.

Full rental payment is required even if the occupant temporarily leaves the hostel. No deductions will be made after joining the hostel.

Rent must be paid by the 5th of each month.

Occupants must inform the management in advance if they plan to visit their hometown or go on official trips.

Occupants are responsible for any damage to furniture and fittings and must reimburse the management for any such damages during their stay.

Occupants are expected to help maintain cleanliness and conserve water in the hostel.

Maintenance charges of Rs. 1,500/- will be deducted while vacating the hostel.
